A successor has not been officially announced.

Sephora's general manager of Greater China, Chen Bing, will leave the company on Jan. 19 to start a new career. Sephora has not yet responded to the situation related to the new head of China. During the transition period, Alia Gogi, president of Sephora Asia, will directly manage the business in Greater China.

In July 2023, Sephora, a cosmetics retailer owned by LVMH, the world's largest luxury goods conglomerate, is planning a complete revamp of its China business, which includes finding a new leader for the region to achieve sales of more than 20 billion euros (roughly Rs. 161.746 billion), a foreign media outlet reported, citing sources.
